Job Description This is a temporary Talent Acquisition Partner role (~6 months), with the potential to convert to a permanent employee. This role can be located anywhere in the U.S., but preferably in the Central Time Zone. The Talent Acquisition team is a tight-knit and collaborative team that always makes time to help each other and have fun. This position will work remotely. Regardless of where you sit, you will be working with Hiring Managers and candidates from all over the U.S. and Canada. Overall, this is an excellent opportunity for a Talent Acquisition professional to learn partnering skills and support business, operations and health care roles. On our team, we expect you to truly partner with the Hiring Managers you work with to determine job requirements, sourcing strategies, and guide them through the recruiting process. We expect our Talent Acquisition Partners to source, review direct applications and phone screen potential candidates for the hiring manager. As candidates are selected for interviews you will work with our Coordinators to ensure the interview team and candidate have a positive and productive meetings. Once a final candidate is selected, you will extend, negotiate, and support the on-boarding of our New Hire along with the hiring manager. Qualifications 2 - 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment Experience recruiting in either administrative/support or healthcare Bachelor''s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field Ability to work in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong process and project management skills Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS preferred, but not required) Benefits We''re committed to supporting your ultimate well-being through our total compensation package offerings that support your health, wealth and self.
