Manual Machinist

Currently looking for a manual lathe operator Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Experience operating Manual Lathe MachinesHigh school diploma with job experience, or recent graduation from trade school or apprenticeshipWill operate engine lathes to machine and grind polyurethane elastomers.The ideal candidate must be able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings, perform basic mathematical operations . Must also be able to perform basic mathematical calculations and use a variety of measuring tools.Looking for a self-motivated that takes ownership and responsibility for work to be performed, with a focus on product output for 8hrs+ a day.Will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the machines.Period inspection to identify any needed repairs, reporting, and making any necessary minor municate effectively orally and in writing.Must be a team player and be able to work with others to maintain safety, quality, and productivity.Position requires to be able to stand for long periods of time.Day shift positions available Benefits offered Pay Based on experience: $18.00-$27.00/hr
