Hydraulic Hose Assembler

Responsible for filling customer orders In a manner that meets company standards by obtaining merchandise of hose and related fittings from floor or shelf location and ensures the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. Assemble and repair hoses of various shapes, sizes, chemical use and pressures. Build composite hoses. Shop work in the heat. Some days could be all outside testing hoses. Needs to be able to lift at least 80s repeatedly. We need good attention to detail, able to follow a specific set of instructions, ability to read a tape measure. Experience Minimum 2 years of related experience with trades such as auto parts assembly, plumbing, construction or industrial market. Some hose or valve assembly experience or working knowledge a plus. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field.Other AttributesHigh School Diploma or equivalentMust be able to read and interpret tape measureMust be able to read and write English / Bilingual preferredAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentCollaborative problem-solverStrong math skills add and subtract fractions and calculate percentagesExcellent attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills requiredPhysical Demands and Work Environment Employee is regularly required to standThe employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 75 pounds.
