Production Lead - 2nd Shift

Job Scope: The Production Shift lead works under the supervision of the production manager and as part of the production team. Responsible for Coaching, training, evaluating and leading production associates. Maintains production and reporting delays, ensuring quality and improving processes. Ensures safety and a clean work environment. Works with all levels of employees within the plant. Will use computer systems daily to create departmentalized labor schedules and material schedules.Additional duties include general administrative and clerical tasks that may be requested by team members to complete projects efficiently and on time. Additional responsibilities assigned by immediate supervisor. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Prior lead or supervisory experience in a fast pace goal oriented facility. 4-5 years production experienceMust be technical and computer literate.
