Responsibilities The Membership and Nursery Supervisor functions under the Director and is responsible for all customerservice needs within Wellstar Health Place, Highland Athletic Club and Employee Fitness Centers. TheMembership and Nursery Supervisor is responsible for hiring, firing, and performance management of theMembership Services Representatives and Childcare Associates. This person, in partnership with themarketing outreach representative, is responsible for creation and execution of strategies driving corporateaccounts generation, physician relationships and referral stream, and business partnerships. TheMembership and Nursery supervisor is also responsible for providing monthly revenue reports, budgetrecommendations, and workflow efficiencies as it pertains to membership, the nursery, ChildcareAssociates, and Membership Services Representative. This role handles all customer complaints in atimely manner and professional manner, provides leadership to the front desk team and has directoversight of the operations of the Nursery.
