Discover more at /about.Key Responsibilities:Ongoing LCR production, analysis and reporting including, LCR methodology development, and alignment with other Internal Liquidity Stress-testing activities, including preparation of executive level materialsInterpretation, communication and implementation of liquidity requirements under Reg YY, OCC bulletins and Federal Reserve SR letters (e.g., LCR, and NSFR ) for senior managementDevelopment of liquidity tools and analysis to support Treasury and other stakeholders in the strategic decision-making of capital, funding, and investment resourcesDevelopment of liquidity stress-testing methodologies using analytical tools, historical data, and other appropriate information in a manner consistent regulatory expectations, and aligned with market risk modeling for on and off-balance sheet exposures; ability to prepare related documentation and conduct appropriate controlsSupport for methodology and data design, implementation and associated controls to address increasing regulatory expectations for larger institutions (e.g., 2052A reporting)Qualifications:Comprehensive knowledge of Liquidity Regulation for financial institutions, including, Reg YY, Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), Net Stable Coverage Ratio (NSFR), and FR 2052aStrong analytic skills, and rigorous and disciplined approach to development of new liquidity methodologiesAbility to interpret new Liquidity Regulation and translate into actional implementationAbility to utilize a range of liquidity, investment, ALM modelling systems. Knowledge of QRM preferred-Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills10+ years relevant experience, preferably an advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as Financial Engineering, MathematicsCIT is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity.
