Director of eCommerce - remote

Adecco Search is conducting a confidential search for a remote Director of eCommerce in the Philadelphia area. While this is a remote position, candidates should reside within the Philadelphia region as there will be occasional in-person meetings. The Director of Ecommerce is responsible for developing and executing the strategic direction of the company''s open selling ecommerce business. Our client''s online presence has grown significantly in the last couple of years and they are looking for a proven leader to take it to the next level! You will be responsible for ensuring our client''s site delivers the best shopping experience for customers and aligns with branding and marketing strategies across all channels. Develop a strategic roadmap to scale the eCommerce sales. Combine existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology, and management to deliver superior results. Oversee overall P&L budget. Responsible for overseeing the ecommerce brand. Manage the overall customer end to end experience, including site navigation, content development, campaign management acquisition, retention, and advocacy. Oversee site merchandising and operations team with the goal of continually optimizing site merchandising to drive both top line sales and margin results Manage a team of eCommerce and Marketing professionals Direct Internet marketing solutions, social media integration, search engine optimization (SEO), and other monitoring methodologies and analytics. Qualifications: -5+ years in eCommerce management role -Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and providing project management support -A leader who is not afraid to get their hands dirty -Experience with: Magento Commerce, Nextopia, Listrak, semrush is a plus.
