Adecco is assisting our client located on the NW side of San Antonio in fulfilling a Call Center/Customer Service Rep position. This is an onsite position; temp to perm position. This position is responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound calls in reference to benefits and other information in reference to insurance. If you meet the qualifications listed below - Apply Now! Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to: Answering inbound calls to answer any inquires and update information accordingly Making outbound calls on outbound dialer to follow up on requested information Following scripts about medication adherence and documenting the call accurately Create tasks as needed based on the call Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered: At least 2 years of call center experience Proficiency with computer systems - MS Office and working with multiple screens Experience with explaining medical benefit processes is a HUGE plus HS Diploma/GED What''s in this for you?
