Automotive Assistant Service Manager Gulfgate Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM is looking for an experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our dynamic service team and dealership family! Our Assistant Service Manager pay plan is progressive, based on performance, and can be very rewarding! The Assistant Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the Service Advisor team and the Service Drive, aiding with customer concerns, managing repair order authorizations efficiently, and working directly with the Service Director on reports and overall department objectives. Job Responsibilities: Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Serving as an assistant to the Service Director and liaison between technicians and customers. Take ownership of the customer''s experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer. Manage our Customer First Award for Excellence performance in Service Department. Assist in prioritizing required repair/maintenance services. Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled. Spend quality time building relationships with the customers.
