This role will proactively manage a specific group of the eScreen Clinic Solutions Elite Partner accounts to ensure an effective and positive customer relationship. This will require consistent interaction and customer support for assigned accounts. Daily responsibilities include a blend of reactive and proactive account management tasks while providing ongoing education to customers regarding the functionality and benefits of eScreen products and services.WHAT YOU''LL DOConsistently coach, educate, and communicate with assigned eScreen Elite Partner Clinic''s to ensure enhanced utilization, helping Clinics achieve revenue growth.Manage complex issues for the Elite Partner clinics; problem resolution and support.Work closely with the Clinic Solutions training team to ensure clinics have been trained.Uses customer relationships to promote additional products and services in order to influence Clinic volume growth.Provide marketing assistance to eScreen Elite Partner Clinics, helping spur growth to their business.Coordinates special projects as assigned for the Elite Partner team and/or the Clinic Solutions Department as requested.Provides on-going and as-requested reports for the Elite Partner team and to the Elite Partner clinics.Minor travel required if necessary. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU''LL BRINGRequiredHigh school diploma or GED required2-3 years of professional experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience in customer services, sales or account management.Experience with managing customer relations via phone and email.Must be a technology minded person with a comfort level using Microsoft office applications, creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, using digital conference applications, using CRM applications and other similar platforms to track projects and document details.Extremely organized person who can manage several open issues and continue to work them until closed with resolution; while working on special projects.Disciplined note-taker with strong attention to recording all applicable details of a project and all daily issue resolution situations.Strong time-management skills to be able to perform required daily activities, submit reports, take on new issues and complete administrative duties.Able to work independently and with a teamStrong oral and written communication skillsPreferredBachelor''s degree from a 4-year accredited university preferredeScreen products and software applications knowledge preferredWHAT WE OFFER At Abbott, you can have a good job that can grow into a great career.
