What You''ll DoAs a Manager of Reimbursement you will ensure integrity of ADC Sales/Marketing materials in compliance with Abbott Reimbursement Procedure and provide proactive guidance to marketing teams. Also, lead Health Disparities Advisory Council & other special projects.PRIMARY FUNCTION:Support, Review, and approve US Commercial Veeva Reimbursement MaterialsProactively Coordinate with Marketing on future disclaimers and approval needsProvide feedback to marketing teams and Sr. Management on process improvementsCoordinate with auditors on all requestsAd Board - create agendas, content materials, and KOL pre-work , post meeting summarizes - and develop action plans for projects (and manage those projects)Coordinate with Commercial teams to implement AD Board feedbackHealth Disparities Ad Council - cross functional US Commercial project managementCommunicate/coordinate: 6 KOLs (+ their admins), 7-10 internal stakeholders + OEC & RegulatoryCoordinate State Medicaid Reimbursement Requests + Field & Management Medicaid RequestsAll other responsibilities as assignedRequiredBachelor''s degree with 5 years of marketing and sales experience. Master''s Degree in Business or related field and relevant experience preferred.Reimbursement services experience with emphasis on working directly with reimbursement HUB providers and extensive knowledge of the benefit verification process.Familiarity with commercial and public payer customers (e.g., MCOs, Medicaid, Managed. Medicaid, Medicare and the complex dynamics among key players affecting the payers.This role requires strong marketing capabilities and interpersonal skills. -Strong analytic capabilities and communication skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business prehensive knowledge of the US payer environment and therapeutic nutrition reimbursement market.Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with customers.Ability to think creatively in developing and implementing business solutionsPreferredBachelors Degree (± 4 years), Finance, Economics, Marketing or Business Equivalent4-6 years, in Medical device reimbursement experience, Managed Care Marketing and/or Managed Care Sales experience, Medical device or pharma product marketing experienceAudit or compliance experienceCross-functional experience leading broad teams with multi-stakeholder membersProcess improvement experienceDemonstrated leadership experience; has proven track record in leading and guiding non-direct reportsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; has demonstrated ability to build, organize and lead cross functional teams; strong communication skills and executive presenceServant leader: capable of working with and influencing cross-functional disciplines as well as focus markets and regions outside this position''s span of formal authorityAble to leverage diversity to drive successThis position may be hired at different levels depending on the experience of the candidate.What We OfferAt Abbott, you can have a good job that can grow into a great career.
