The Technical Lead IV position at our client will be a member of the Information Protection and Risk Management (IPRM) team and reports to the Director of Endpoint & Data Security Engineering (E&DSE). Primarily responsible for leading strategic projects and programs of high complexity in accordance with industry standards and best practices. This role focuses on enterprise-level program directives including enterprise-wide mandate compliance and E&DSE technical vertical oversight of high-level financial governance & reporting of projects. Directly working with the vertical leaders within the organization to be able to provide financial insight, resource availability projections, participate in strategy discussions, fiscal planning, and dashboard development for real time information. Job Responsibilities • Provide program guidance to the all-team members • Facilitate communication among the team members for individual projects while maintaining a high-level dashboard view of the entire E&DSE program • Assist in the planning the overall E&DSE program and monitor the progress • Assist in the management of the E&DSE portfolio budget • Escalate risks & issues and where possible take corrective measurements • Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies in partnership with the Security Release Management (SRM) team. • Describe the utilization of resources across projects • Assist with stakeholders communication • Align deliverables to the programs outcome • Focus on the long-term business objectives, versus short-term, concrete deliverables • Serve as the strategic partner in articulating the E&DSE teams s strategy and objectives. • Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications • Creates a consultative partnership with executive sponsors and key stakeholders in the formation and discovery of enterprise initiatives. • Assist with the teams vertical leaders in managing and/or facilitating the delivery and implementation of project scope of initiatives. • Manages scope, dependencies, risks, issues, costs, and resources across multiple projects that are part of an enterprise portfolio or a program. • Ensures alignment and prioritization of projects with strategic direction and goals. • Creates portfolio dashboard and program or project status reports for director level representation. • Accountable for compliance with internal and external audit requirements. • Frequently partners with project managers, scrum masters and product owners on complex projects. • Responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and clear communication is provided to our customers and team members. • Responsible for developing, refining, and monitoring the project budgets throughout the project life cycles. Skills and Qualifications • Degree in Business Administration or similar field • 7+ years in a program or portfolio technical management role • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form • Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives • Experience coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups • Experience coaching team members in Agile frameworks Preferred Qualifications • Experience with data analysis • Experience with budget management • Consulting experience with a focus on operations management • Proven success in a project coordination role • Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
