My client has close to 150 employees and completes a variety of commercial work. The current President at the company began as a PM and after 20 years of progressing through the executive ranks, he is looking for a skilled Project Manager that can help spearhead the backlog of projects they have coming up in 2022.Description* Work closely with pre-construction team to understand the client objectives * Communicate with clients throughout the budgeting and planning process * Collaborate with site superintendent(s) to ensure labor coverage for the project * Communicate and facilitate and change orders to superintendent and subcontractors * Create and manage a strict budget and schedule * Manage any conflict between client, subcontractors, and superintendents * Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers * Manage close-out and punch listProfile* 8 years of project management experience * Bachelor''s degree in construction-related discipline is preferred, not required * Ability to come in own projects from start to finish * Good team player and ability to manage a team * Proficiency in latest technologies * Design/build experience a plus * Ability to travel once per monthJob Offer* Highly Competitive Compensation Package * Strong Benefits Package * Car Allowance * PTO * Medical, Dental, and Vision
