They offer competitive salaries and bonus potential and a great benefits package. * Fantastic GC with a great reputation* $200M/year in revenue * Little cost for healthcare/dental/vision for employee * Mentorship program * Diversity and inclusion initiativesDescription* Assist with the management of assigned projects from inception to completion by carrying out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner * Completes materials ''take-offs'' and establishes cost estimates * Reviews project proposal, drawings and plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project * Develops relationships with subcontractors and maintains lists of subcontractors that perform quality work * Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority * Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget * Prepares daily, weekly, monthly schedule to support and preserve the Contract Project Schedule * Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required * Dictates or prepares project reports for management, client, or others * Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problemsProfile* Bachelor''s Degree, in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field * Experience with a General Contractor* Works well in a team environment but is someone who can be self-sufficient when needed * Working knowledge of mechanical systems and structures * Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clientsJob Offer* Work from home a few days per month * GC Experience * PTO * Car Allowance * 401 K Match * Competitive Bonus Structure (Up to 10% of salary) * $75,000 to $100,000 base salary * Mentorship program * Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
