Pre-planning work activities with the Project Manager to develop best means and methods, including safety action plans. Provide leadership and direction to construction personnel. The Superintendent will also take an active role in emphasizing safety, quality and production by leading by example. Requirements: 5+ years'' experience in heavy civil construction Experience self-performing earthwork and underground utilities Bachelor''s degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering preferred Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and numerically accurate Some overnight travel may be requiredInterested in hearing more?
