The position has a subacute / long term care focus.The PT will treat a well-balanced mix of patients within SNF / Assisted Living / CBRF and Swing Bed settings. Some prior exposure to the SNF setting is required through regular work experience or clinicals. New Grad Physical Therapists will be considered.Work Schedule:This full-time or part-time position includes working 5 days per week Monday through Friday. Candidates interested in a part-time schedule, must have a minimum of 24 hours each week of morning availability. Within this role, you will enjoy an excellent work / life balance.
