RF Design Engineer

Duties:Design, Analyze and Launch/Optimize the 3G, 4G LTE and 5G Wireless Communication Networks; Perform RF Design for Network Expansion or Capacity Add using Atoll and Asset; Troubleshoot issues during Deployment and Launch of Wireless communication networks and make recommendations for system performance enhancements using RF Drive Test Data, Design Data and Network Performance Data; and Process and analyze Network Performance Data available within the Wireless/Telecom Network Operators Database to perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations to eliminate root cause and improve Network Performance using Performance Monitoring Counter/KPIs and Geolocation Data.Must have Master''s Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Eng. or related technical field, plus one year experience in the job offered.Mail resume to: MasTec Services Company Inc., 200 North Warner Road, Suite 110, King of Prussia, PA 19406
