Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, peers, supervisors, administrative staff, field craft workers, field supervision, vendors, and subcontractors based on respect, trust and integrity.Create schedule of values, develop budget; materials and equipment buyout, approve and close purchase orders; approve CAD budgetSubcontractor buyout, approve and coordinate change ordersNegotiate and manage contract scope and changesProject startup staffing, kickoff; weekly project meetings in addition to owner coordination meetings and schedule maintenanceProject closeout of purchase orders, subcontracts and system warranty letterTrack job costs and final job cost projectionsSite mobilization/de-mobilization including original request for lay down area and utility hookupProject documentation - accurate and timely RFIs and submittals; deliver submittals to CADCoordinate project specific safety requirements with safety superintendent and ensure compliance accordinglyThe specific daily tasks may vary by project type, project requirements, and project schedule. Education and ExperiencePrior experience as a Project Manager on a HealthCare new build projectBachelor degree in construction, engineering, or related field AND six years of progressive construction experience; OR12 years of progressive construction experience; ORAssociate''s degree and 10 years of progressive construction experienceExperience at the advanced level using Accubid, Microsoft Project and BluebeamFamiliarity with local municipal jurisdictional procedures with regard to plan reviews, permitting, applicable codes, inspections, etc. Performance StandardsProficient communication and organizational skills vital.Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work assignments.Proactive work ethic.Displays strong, positive interpersonal skills resulting in effective communication with employees, clients, vendors and subcontractorsAbility to collaborate with and in the best interest of project teams, accepting accountability and an overall contribution to a positive work environment.
