COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Urology (URO) Total Compensation = Up to the 75th Percentile of MGMA salary with adequate caseloads, work history, and past production. Sign-on Bonus: $60,000 upfront; Year 2 and beyond receive $25,000 Retention Bonus Production Bonus: Paid out Quarterly Call Pay: $512 a day for 1:3 rotation = $62,000 Vacation: 30 days PTO + CME 5 days (35 Total days PTO = 7 weeks) CME: $3,000 for 5 Days Relocation: Up to $15,000 Annual Medical License Paid Benefits: Retirement, Life, Health, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Flex Spending, Health Savings Account, Accidental injury insurance, critical illness insurance, 403(b) Retirement Plan matching 50% of the first 6% of employee contributions and 457(b) Retirement Plan.
