You will be trusted to: • Support all facets our of craft and technical training programs• Work with departmental subject matter experts to perform job task analyses and curriculum design for craft and technical learning programs• Serve as a resource for new Transmission Construction and Maintenance employees, supporting departmental onboarding processes• Support the team''s training and learning management systems as needed• Perform test proctoring, training record administration and progress reporting• Support and schedule craft and technical trainings as needed• Support TS Learning & Development''s strategic initiative work, including leading assigned projects• Support and/or lead instructional design efforts for the team delivering quality learning solutions that support business needs• Serve as a resource for new Transmission employees and help drive the team''s efforts of continuous improvement You qualify with: - Six or more years of experience in the design, delivery and implementation of technical training and or learning and development.
