MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN A FAST PACE ENVIRONMENT.Job DetailsServe as a key point of contact for internal teams and client inquiries regarding leaves of absence for external clients Work in collaboration with Benefit Specialists to provides support and expertise throughout the leave administration processSupport the administration and interpretation of leave, paid time off, and benefit programsAdvise internal teams on the interaction of leave laws with regards to paid time off, earned sick time, and paid leave benefits and disability benefits Manage the relationship with clients to ensure established leave policies are administeredcorrectly and in accordance with federal and state requirements.Review and resolve questions/issues relating to personal, FMLA and other federal, state andcompany-sponsored leave benefits/programsMaintain highly confidential employee Personal Health Information and files.
