We continue to grow and are looking for an experienced EHS Manager.If you have over 5 years EHS experience and love to have fun please apply below!!Why join us?Competitive Salary401kPTOHealth BenefitsDentalVisionJob DetailsBachelors Degree CSP5 plus years of experienceEncourage all personnel to be safe and healthyAble to take direction and follow through on completing tasks within the requested time frameWork with General Managers and Supervisors to manage the EHS programManage and coordinate facility visits to implement consistent presence at all yards within the regionConduct Monthly Environmental and Safety audits to ensure compliance or note deficiencies so corrective actions can be put in placeAssist in reviewing corrective actions to ensure all reports are accurateReview Permits to ensure complianceEnsure waste collection is within the appropriate time frame and assist in coordinating pick upReview records of Storm water inspections, Waste shipments, Manifest and bill of lading, appliance logs, etc. to ensure complianceManage regulatory visits Support the teams by assisting with Medical Surveillance Conduct or designate specific EHS training topics for yard personnel, supervisors and managersSupport the Management Communication Meeting (MCM) in each of their yardsConduct new hire safety orientationsEnsure employees are trained for their specific job function and that the training is properly documentedEncourage participation in the Safety Incentive ProgramProvide on the spot training/guidance to employees found to be working unsafelyRegular attendance and punctuality are essential job functionsInterested in hearing more?
