Perform installation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of all HVAC equipment.Assist Engineer-3.Train Maintenance Mechanics to increase their skills.Performs snow removal.Operates and maintains the following:All boilers, their accessories and appurtenances.All fired or unfired pressure vessels and vacuum systems.All refrigeration and air conditioning machines and their associated equipment.All plumbing and piping including water, gas, heating, steam, and sanitation systems.All emergency power equipment.All machinery and equipment used in the production and for health and comfort building pletes service calls using best industry practices and in allotted time pletes preventative maintenance tickets using best industry practices and in allotted time spans.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Must have 3 - 6 years'' experience Must possess/or obtain a current CFC Universal LicenseMust be able to work safely.Must be a self-starter.Must be willing to adhere to company policies.Must be willing and able to be flexible with shift assignments as needs change.PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Heavy physical effort (lift/carry up to 50 lbs. / push up to 100 lbs.) Prolong, extensive or considerable standing/walking Push/pull or move/lift equipment, supplies and parts Manual dexterity and mobility Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling and crouching.EMCOR Government Services requires all employees to be vaccinated for COVID-19.
