DeBra-Kuempel combines the expertise of two of the tri-state''s oldest and most innovative companies, providing mechanical and electrical services to Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Evansville, Lexington, Louisville, and the surrounding areas.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESInclude the following. Other duties will likely be assigned.Collect cost data to estimate costs for current or future products.Consult with Field Techs, Service Managers, Account Managers and Administrators to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work.Quantitative take-off and computer entryPrepare scope letters and proposals; enter data into customer portal.Ensure documents are centrally saved in the company''s drive within the confidential quoting folder(s)Escalate critical and/or sensitive issues to the Service Manager or Account Manager with recommendation for ply with all Company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs as established.Perform additional assignments as required by the needs of the company or as directed by executives.Track rate of quote acceptance and quotes outstanding.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
