COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY) Base salary determined by certification and experience $30,000 annual call bonus $2,500 Bi-Annually performance bonus $20,000 Sign-on bonus Up to $10,000 relocation assistance with receipts Student loan assistance available Medical, Dental, Vision, Malpractice coverage TSA with 5% match from client after 1 month of employment CME done in-house RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Psychiatry (PSY) Private, nonprofit facility 5 day work week, 8 hour days Adult Psychiatry Participate in a group setting working with case managers, NPs & social workers 1:7 Call - every 7 weeks taken one week at a time (phone consult only) 1:7 weekend call for any inpatient work when needed Opportunity to participate in research studies with Dartmouth University, Boston University or several other prestigious universities.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Psychiatry (PSY) Board Certified or Board Eligible right out of residency Residents welcome to apply Visa sponsorships available!
