Clinical Research Support Associate

A New York City medical facility is currently seeking a new Clinical Research Support Associate for a promising opportunity with their staff. In this role, the Clinical Research Support Associate will be responsible for assist with the recruitment for the Clinical Research team. Responsibilities: The Clinical Research Support Associate will: Provide early consultation to research groups to optimize participant recruitment Develop recruitment plans and advertising materials across a variety of research protocols Manage ad postings and web presence Prescreen and schedule volunteers for research studies across multiple teams Manage recruitment database, metrics, related SOPs, and websites Conduct Quality Assurance (QA), support reporting/operations, and participate in scholarly work to describe innovations Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant work experience Bachelor''s Degree Knowledge and experience in one or more areas of Clinical Research, Patient Recruitment, Healthcare, Community Outreach, or Customer Service Experience in Data Entry and Management Microsoft Office Suite proficient Solid problem solving and time management skills Exceptional phone etiquette Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Desired Skills: Experience with Design and REDCap
