Temporary - 3-9 months; potential for permanent The Leave of Absence Sr Analyst administers employee leaves of absence for Ensign Services, Inc. affiliated companies including Federal (FMLA), State (CFRA, CA PDL, WAPFML, etc.), Military Leave (USERRA) and Company-provided leaves and ensures timely and accurate communication occurs between the employee, Human Resources and Managers. Essential Functions:Provide guidance in interpreting leave policiesHandle interactions with employees, Human Resources and managers including phone calls and emails pertaining to leave programs, processes, procedures and communicationsTracks and conducts necessarily follow up on all LOA inquiries starting at time of request to the time employee returns to work. Ensure all leave cases are entered timely and accurately in HRIS and Leave Management systemPrepares and sends LOA communication including notices and forms in compliance with FMLA or State requirements. Tracks leave documentation and follow-up on insufficient information.Manage Help Desk tickets for Leave of Absence requests, inquiries and returns Advises manager, HR/Payroll representatives, and HR Resources on potential leave issues and provide recommendationsPerform other duties assigned to support the efficient operation of the departmentQualifications and Requirements:Bachelor''s Degree in applicable field, or 4+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of degreeCertified Leave Management Specialist designation a plus.5 years experience in Leave of Absence administration or Human ResourcesExperience administering FMLA, CFRA, military, pregnancy disability, medical, and personal leaves.Knowledge of FMLA and ADA requirements.Ability to analyze information and convert it to a comprehensive work planHigh attention to detail and customer service orientedMust be able to handle sensitive and confidential informationThis is a hybrid opportunity - office & remoteEnsign Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
