Main Purpose As part of the strategy team, the Marketing Analyst is responsible for providing data visibilities on various types of marketing campaigns. They expect you to be an expert on company data including data tracking and consolidation, and aid their stakeholders to make informed decisions by providing multiple dashboards, ad-hoc analysis, and drawing insights from data. You will manage tracking and reporting on marketing data including both B2B and B2C, as well as online and offline campaigns. This role will be based in Austin HQ and takes care of both the US and UK data analytics. Responsibilities & DutiesTrack, monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of advertising, marketing and communications initiativesBuild and maintain necessary marketing dashboards to enable all stakeholders to monitor key metrics in the appropriate platform including Tableau, Google Analytics and so onUnderstand requirements for Marketing Analytics with the business contexts, compile the data from various sources, draw and summarize key insights and implications to improve any marketing related campaigns'' performanceConduct data QA, identify the right way for the marketing data tracking and reporting, and involve appropriate stakeholders for the implementation when necessaryQualifications and Skills3+ years of work experience in business / product analytics and/or business consulting1+ years of analytics experience in consumer marketing programs including google analytics and adwords1+ year(s) of Tableau experiences including building dashboards and visualizationDeep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media campaigns, offline marketing and brandingWillingness to question the validity, accuracy of data and assumptionsCuriosity and passion about data, visualization and solving problemsCreativity to determine the best solution for a real-world problem with quantitative dataBusiness Administration, Statistics, Marketing, or related degreeOne final thing Our client loves diversity and welcome all people from diverse backgrounds with open arms, no matter your race, age, sexual orientation, disability, gender, religion... you get the picture.
