Main Purpose As part of the strategy team, your role is to own the enterprise client business intelligence and reporting. You will become the go to person for senior team leaders on anything related to servicing their clients, from lead to winning and from 1st shift to ongoing support for them and the client team. You will organize Salesforce data, track conversion rates of our sales team, calculate the opportunity size that we have in the pipeline and notify the team if they are on track to hit their targets. By gathering enough information you will be able to lead strategies on how to find more good leads, win more opportunities and increase the performance of the sales team. Also, by analyzing market and company data, you will support the enterprise sales team to win opportunities by providing market intelligence. You will work directly with the enterprise client team to ensure they capture all requirements for reporting but also with marketing and operations teams to lead and execute strategic initiatives that improve our delivery performance, giving their clients a ''wow'' experience. Our client expects you to be an expert on building data flows and dashboards and use them to drive their understanding of challenges and identify operational improvement opportunities. Your insights will be able to drive the direction and the performance of the sales organisation as well as the company as a whole and help them to grow significantly in the next 5 years. Responsibilities & DutiesUnderstand requirements for Business / Product Analytics and Tableau dashboards from business stakeholders and build them to drive business growthCompile and analyze company, product and operation data, draw insights from available data to improve market supply and demands and support company growthAnalyze company and market data to insights for potential enterprise clients to improve delivery to the clientsPropose and manage company targets and performance informationBuild and maintain multiple data flowsMaintain all data flows and dashboards up to date including quality assuranceQualifications and Skills5+ years of work experience in business / product analytics and/or business consulting3+ years of Tableau experiences including building dashboards and visualization3+ Years working with SQL.
