Other duties may be assigned.Attending company meetings to discuss work in progress, corporate issues, budget plans, business plans, and marketing plans on agreed-upon schedules.Maintaining a sufficient knowledge of products and design criteria needed to adequately analyze and market the department''s services for related projects.Follow up on all sales leads and projects from Service Technicians.Maintain a wide-ranging prospect list.Prospect for new Service Clients.Determine client needs and evaluate company resources and capabilities in light of those needs.Develop relationships with existing and new Service Clients.Prepare estimates and written quotes in a timely manner.Follow up with clients on the status of quoted work.Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy.Prospect for and sell maintenance agreements to build base business.Ensure that all billing details are given to accounting on time.Identify problems on job site, gather information, and rectify.Assist Service Technicians with job site problems.Relay prospective solutions to clients.Get feedback from clients during and after job completion.Procurement of equipment and materials required for projects.Work with Dispatcher on scheduling for all projects.Review outstanding accounts receivable weekly and maintain department ply with all company operating policies, procedures, executed Plans, and Programs.Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in Engineering with 5 years sales experienceLicensed P.E. is a plusKnowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, piping system for design, estimating and salesStrong presentation skills and oral and written communication skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to evaluate information and analyze problems logically to develop solutions.EMCOR Services Fagan requires all new hires to be vaccinated for COVID-19.
