Maintenance Mechanic - 2nd & 3rd shift

Nesco Resource is looking for 2 experienced Maintenance Mechanics for an established manufacturer in the Toledo, OH area. These are 2nd & 3rd shift, contract-to-hire opportunities. The Maintenance Mechanic will support second shift daily production activities at our coil coating facility. The position will interact closely with all aspects of the manufacturing process from the raw material to the finished product. This is a hands on position that will be required to cover a variety of duties and responsibilities in this continuous operation. -Safely provide both preventive and reactive mechanical support of production equipment and building maintenance. -Diagnose, Troubleshoot and maintain all production line equipment associated with the process in order to reduce downtime and improve efficiency. -Capture data and work completed in computer or in log books -Communicate, and work closely with management and the hourly folks in a team environment Job Requirements -Mechanical journeyman status -3 years minimum experience in a manufacturing environment with similar responsibilities -Ability to lift 50 lbs., work in non-temperature controlled environment. -Good analytical and problem solving skills -Ability to perform math functions and comprehend complex verbal and written instructions Nesco Resource and affiliates (Lehigh G.I.T Inc, and Callos Resource, LLC) is an equal employment opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, age, or veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristics with respect to employment opportunities.
