Service Management Intern

Atlas Facilities Maintenance, Inc. is a full service company in the building maintenance sector, offering a broad spectrum of services from commercial janitorial, hard floor care, commercial carpet cleaning, landscape services, window washing, handyman services, and porter services. The Company was originally founded in 1996 and, in its nearly two decades of service, has grown to become a leader locally and regionally in this highly competitive space, winning multiple awards and honors along the way. The company is currently expanding its portfolio of services and geographic presence into multiple states. Atlas Facilities Maintenance, Inc. is seeking motivated, business-minded scholars with a professional appearance and work ethic to come develop their skills in a dynamic service management enterprise. We are particularly hoping to meet currently-enrolled undergraduates and graduate students with these attributes: Actively attending a local university, seeking a Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field Excellent communication (verbal, written, and reading comprehension) skills Strong leadership, project management, and time management habits Enjoyment of problem solving through use of multiple and creative resources Demonstration of superb attention to detail Working well in a collaborative environment Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Knowledge, study, and/or fluency of foreign languages, especially Russian and Spanish A valid Washington or Oregon driver license, with an acceptable driving record. To succeed in our environment, a candidate will require integrity, internal courage, and patience, with the personal strength to prepare and provide recommendations of possible alternative solutions. You must be able to work well independently, while simultaneously supporting our team.
