PROCESS ENGINEER - Multiple Roles

RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports the technical direction of the plant and develops and executes capital and process projects. Standardize equipment, processes, and controls to support safety, product, and growth strategies. Responsible for troubleshooting production related issues to resolve complex manufacturing and process related issues. Support HSE management systems, PSM, technical audit programs, and engineering risk assessment programs. Knowledgeable in and stays current on specialty chemicals industry technology including distillation, separations, process controls, mass and energy transfer and general process equipment design. Familiarity with chemical process equipment including mechanical vacuum systems, heat exchangers, cooling towers, hot oil systems, pumps, instrumentation, and distributed control systems.
