THOR Solutions is actively seeking a highly motivated Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability Analyst to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG) at the USCG HQ in Washington, D.C. The candidate will execute and manage technical support tasks for the Surface Acquisition Program Offices under CG-932 (National Security Cutter, Polar Security Cutter, Offshore Patrol Cutter). The candidate''s responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) performing, supporting, or supervising the following actions: Support the ILS Manager in a USCG Surface Program Management office with a specific focus in Reliability, Maintainability, and Availability (RM&A) of USCG cutters and vessels. Review shipbuilder ILS CDRLs and deliverables against the contract and specification Security Clearance Requirements: Must already possess an active or interim SECRET security clearance; OR, must be able to qualify for & obtain a SECRET security clearance. Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Abilities: A Master''s Degree in a relevant discipline plus at least ten (10) years of relevant work experience; OR, a Bachelor''s Degree in a relevant discipline plus at least twelve (12) years of relevant work experience. Experience must include at least eight (8) years of demonstrated experience as an RM&A Analyst/Specialist supporting a US Navy or USCG Major Acquisition Program(s) (DHS/USCG Level I, DoD ACAT I, or equivalent) in an RM&A management role. Experience using ReliaSoft or similar software. Proficiency with common productivity software including the Microsoft Office suite. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
