Role Proficiency:Independently handle Lab Management. Acts creatively to optimise process efficiency and improve quality of deliverables; accounts for others developmental activitiesOutcomes: Handle order management in order to manage purchase requests from client Monitor inventory item utilization to ensure sustained supply Optimise efficiency and quality of task deliverables by giving process improvement suggestions to client Identify the problem statement based on user feedback on a particular task improve the handling method Ensure enhanced utilization and upkeep of Lab assets. Ensure 100% Compliance on HVI Lab Network Security Lab CW Enable planning ordering and tracking of Lab Assets; support logistics from a customs perspective Define the Lab user authorizations Provide suggestions on process or method that can be implemented based on user requirements. Proactively identify client requirement implementation based on company policy without any violations Mentor team members to effectively perform in their roles Set FAST Goals and provide feedback of FAST goals to menteesMeasures of Outcomes: Adherence to lab process and standards Adherence to schedule and timelines Adhere to SLAs Reduction of reoccurrence of handling errors as per SLA Defined productivity standards for lab process Completion of all mandatory training requirementsOutputs Expected:Manage:Manage task deliverables with quality and targeting completion pliance :Support information governance activities and audit preparations.
