As a Residential Sales Representative at Bath Fitter, you will have the satisfaction of building relationships with homeowners while providing them with a premium product solution, and the security of a reputable, rapidly growing company. Typical tasks include: Meet or exceed closing sales objectives with the appointments given by the company and your self-generation appointments.Using proven Bath Fitter selling and process methods, provide the customer with all information he or she needs to make a positive decision.Accurately measure and identify tubs or shower bases and walls at the time of the estimate using appropriate checklists and forms.Adhere to all Bath Fitter safety policies and procedures. Submit all checks, cash, credit card information and signed EOIs to the office each day.Maintain all sales presentation materials in top condition, replacing worn items as soon as necessary.Job Requirements :1 to 3 years of sales, in-home sales or consultative sales experience.High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent education. Associate or Bachelor''s degree preferred.Valid driver''s license and maintain a good driving record.Willingness to follow lead generation programs. Ability to perform physical labor, including but not limited to lifting and moving presentation materials and samples multiple times a dayDemonstrated Skills :Energy and enthusiasm, with demonstrated ability/desire to perform in a fast growth environment.Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues.
