Job Description:The Scrum Master II / Technical Release Manager is responsible for defining the technical release, planning, coordinating, managing, communicating and delivery of application releases along with aligning Business requests, Enterprise technical direction, and priorities to define application releases that meet organizational goals.This role is the owner of all end-to-end activities and artifacts in the SDLC and the key communicator between all members of the team (Business Process Owners, Business Annalists, Quality Assurance Teams, Project Management Office, Infrastructure Platform Services, Production Support teams, and others).This person will lead the successful delivery of releases from the planning phase all the way to Production implementation and monitoring. In a Scaled Agile model, facilitates scaled planning for the team - e.g. Pre Planning/ Preparation, PI Planning Events - and represents the team in Scrum of Scrums/ART Syncs.
