The Supply Chain Analytics and Reporting Director engages with cross-functional leadership to structure, launch, measure, control, make visible and transform key supply chain business processes and spend management through automated reporting and modern analytics techniques. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned. Responsible and accountable to define, manage and track best practices, standards, processes, metrics, and analytic tools to promote business process implementation, compliance, and improvement opportunities. Understand supply chain tools and data to drive accuracy of contract and spend transaction data. Perform process engineering and design of streamlined analytics and dashboards to drive improved execution of contracts through operations optimizing value capture (savings, rebates, contract compliance). Liaise with accounting and finance functions to ensure supply, medication and other expenses are applied accurately and provide visibility to variances in cost per treatment impact. Support category management process for enterprise-wide focus on spend management and contract compliance through co-development of data elements for monthly category management framework reviews and actions. Collaborate with supply chain leadership on developing metrics and key performance indicators to track supply chain performance. Responsible to develop reporting and tracking tool for metrics. Develops and maintains procedures and documentation for all analytics and reports created for easy future change management and interpretation by supporting functions like information technology, accounting, and finance. Investigates and implements current and new system capabilities and technologies including visualization and automation techniques in collaboration with supporting functions. Collaborates with all supply chain departments to develop and deliver continuous process improvement efforts by leveraging data/analytics, combining internal customer insights and research to support sound business decisions. Provides detailed recurring or ad-hoc analysis and reports of all inquiries and concerns received with trends and recommendations for process or spend management improvement. Partner with other areas of Supply Chain and the organization to design and deliver on-demand and virtual learning content as applicable. Maintain a well-organized portfolio of Analytics and Reports that can be accessed via supply chain internal internet portal for ease of use and reference by the organization. Communicate clearly in writing and verbally, understand how to drive change management and process improvements in a highly matrixed organization. Performs other position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional, and courteous manner. Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Participate in team concepts and promote a team effort; perform duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements include: Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field (supply chain, finance, business, analytics, computer science). Master''s degree, preferred. Five (5) plus years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics and Reporting. Five (5) years of experience in Contract/Procurement/Vendor Management. Strong leadership, analytical, and change management skills. Exceptional customer service, written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Effective project management skills. Must have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, internet applications, ERP/Procurement/Analytics/Visualization/SQL/Tableau/Automation tools/software.
