We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as our Human Resources Manager at this facility. Attractive location in the greater Kansas City area. Responsibilities: The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the planning, organizing and administration of numerous operational human resources related activities for the Kansas Distribution Center including: Worker''s Compensation Benefits Administration Payroll processing Staffing & On-boarding Wellness Program HR policy guidance and interpretation Administration of bid, grievance, and related processes as defined by collective bargaining Implementation of engagement survey action plans Attendance, disability, and leave administration
