Sales Consultant

Job Summary :ProvideS each prospective Bath Fitter customer with a complete, professional and compelling presentation of Bath Fitter products and services using proven tools and techniques supplied by the company.Tasks and Responsabilities :Maintain relationship with customers from initial appointment to post install in order to provide excellent customer service; using proven Bath Fitter selling and process methods provide the customer with all information needed to make a purchasing decisionAccurately measure and identify tubs or shower bases and walls at the time of the estimate using appropriate checklists and formsTest-fit existing tubs with a Bath Fitter test shell when necessaryPrepare detailed, accurate and legible estimatesMeet or exceed closing sales objectivesSubmit all checks, cash, credit card information and signed EOIs to the office each dayResponsible for generating leads; must meet set objectivesRevisit completed jobs following installationMaintain all sales presentation materials in top condition, replacing worn items as soon as necessaryAs required keep assigned mall displays clean and supplied with brochures and sign-up cards; collect all leads and submit to the office immediatelyAdhere to all safety policies and proceduresAbide by all Bath Fitter policies and proceduresAttend and participate in regular branch and/or regional meetings and training sessions.Able to demonstrate accuracy and completion; monitors own work to ensure quality. Looks for opportunities to improve and promote qualityPrioritize work activities, uses time efficientlyProfessional Dress and/or uniform, neat in appearance, observing rules of good grooming and hygieneRegular Attendance and punctuality is requiredPerform other duties as assignedJob Requirements :Education and/or Experience - High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent education. 3 to 5 years of in-home sales or consultative sales experienceAbility to take accurate measurements using tape measure, level and combination square; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measureValid driver''s license and maintain a clean driving recordAbility to perform physical labor, including but not limited to lifting and moving heavy objects multiple times a dayDemonstrated Skills :Able to speak clearly and persuasively; write clearly able to read and interpret written informationAbility to work collaboratively within the team for a common goal
