We focus on delivering and operating fit to purpose technological solutions and services for each of our customers. BECIS is currently looking for a talented Quality Control Engineer/ Inspector professional for BECIS Thailand business unit and support the company''s growth in Asia. Objectives: The incumbent shall be responsible for establishing and developing quality control process within the assigned territory in and outside the country. Responsibilities: Reporting to Quality Manager Establish and implement the Quality Control System in support of project requirements, construction schedule, and operation execution. Conducts quality inspections. Generates records, reports, correspondence, and other documentation in the performance of the work. Reviews reports and quality records from contractors/sub-contractor in compliance with requirements/ procedures. Coordinates with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant staffs to ensure that the installed product meets applicable standard and specifications. Administers the site Non-Conformance Program. Identifies non-conformances and participates in corrective actions, including root cause analysis. Assists in the coordination of punch list walk downs / inspections. Attends and participates in site meetings. Advocates Safety, HR, and relevant programs in accordance with standards, and guidelines. Perform Quality tasks or other duties as assigned Requirements: Experience: Working experience 5-10 years, background in Quality Control/ Inspection in infrastructure or energy/renewable energy sector with a preference of solar projects experience Excellent skills in MS Office Experience and able to work at height Competences: Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with people at all levels Strong time management and presentation skills Problem solving and capable of working under pressure, Self-starter who is able to work with minimum supervision Attention to detail in work Managing information and processes Gathers and analyzes information skillfully Works well in group problem solving situations Teamwork Cross-functional management capability Balances team and individual responsibilities Exhibits objectivity and openness to others'' views Gives and welcomes feedback Contributes to building a positive team spirit Supports everyone''s efforts to succeed Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications or specific training in area of expertise. Native speaker of Thai.
