The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk or hear.The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color and close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.POSITION TYPE/ EXPECTED HOURS OF WORKThis is a full-time hourly position. Days and hours would vary based upon your shift and assignment schedule including weekends and some holidays. A normal shift is based on 12 hours.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or GED minimumPrevious experience in production, manufacturing or other related fieldsFamiliarity with manufacturing machinery and equipmentRequires solid work ethic; good attendance and punctuality Ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds and stand for a twelve-hour work shiftAbility to handle daily physical workload, lift and move parts and work with machineryAbility to work under pressure Experienced in production safety, occupational health, environmental protection, report writingADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with both Asian and American culturesAbility to work a rotating schedule of 2-2-3 days, each of 12 hours, regardless of holidays and weekends.Ability to learn how to read schematics and technical drawingsGood visual acuity, manual dexterity AAP/EEO STATEMENT Jinko Solar is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer, and is committed to creating a diverse working environment.
