SummaryThe Sr Human Resources Generalist has the responsibility for serving leadership and employees at Jinko Jacksonville location handling all aspects of Human Resources including recruiting, staffing, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation, unemployment, employee communications and training, and policy implementation and interpretation.Essential Duties/Accountabilities Promote Jinko culture in all communications and training. Collaborate with HR Generalist (Staffing and Recruiting emphasis) to ensure that priority staffing roles are met and that the on-boarding, new employee orientation, and training are expedited. Collaborate with the payroll specialist to resolve employee FLSA or pay issues.Coach department leadership on sound employee relations strategies. Respond thoughtfully to employee questions concerning policies, procedures, and programs within twenty-four (24) hours.Lead investigation and resolution process with regarding employee complaints/concerns.Deliver impactful management training in areas such as corrective action, termination, promotion, performance evaluation, safety, and harassment prevention.Coach leadership on conducting effective performance reviews to ensure meaningful performance feedback is provided to team members in accordance with Jinko''s process and commitment to career development. Assist in the administration and communication of benefits programs and coordinate the annual open enrollment process.Manage all leave programs, worker''s compensation claims in partnership with EHS Engineer.Take initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.Develop and implement strategies to address competitive, complex people issues which impact the business. Perform other duties or projects that are assigned.Supervisory:No supervisory responsibilitiesWork Environment This is a 100% onsite role that will require little to none travel.While performing the duties of this position, employee may work in offices and other warehouse/storeroom environments on occasion.Physical Demands Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time.Required Education and ExperienceBachelor''s Degree in human resources, management, business administration, organization psychology or equivalent work experience is required.HR certification is a plusDemonstrated experience with MS Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookExperience in ADP workforcenow preferredSKILLS: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate on all levels within internal and external groups.Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to develop long term relationshipsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze/interpret dataStrong and creative problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentProactively seeks continuous process and service improvements
