Bilingual Industrial Engineer I

In this role, you will be a member the Process Engineering Team. A process Engineer Works with other team members to solve difficult technical, engineering related problems. Supports or leads continuous improvement activities, new product or process introductions, and cost reduction projects. Supports drive to fundamental process understanding and lowest cost producer objectives.JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES：Analyze the root cause of production process issue and provide effectively improve measures in a timely mannerResponsible for coordinating the process and production team to continuously improve process by analyzing workflows within Departments and across production municate with each department to ensure the security and stability of efficiency module productionFollow up all product changes by analyzing current project designs Initiate projects for launching new productsResponsible for product process technical procedures and operating guidelines for modification and the supervisionInvestigate new processes for on-site training and determine cost effective measures for current processes.Review the Key Performance Index monitoring systems and determine ways to improve their ability to maintain production operationsCreate an analytical process that justifies business decisionsKEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES：Excellent problem solving skills, logical thinkingAt least 3 years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position. Good team player with a positive and proactive attitude; self-starter who performs well under minimum supervision. Bachelor''s Degree in Engineering or related discipline required 5+ years in quality or business process engineering preferredImpeccable math and statistical analysis skillsExcellent eye for detailMust be comfortable with integrating new technology into an existing business environmentBilingual: Mandarin Chinese & English
