JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES：Assist Shift Supervisor in the Planning and implementation of production management within the shift.Manage and ensure Jinko processes and policies are carried out within the shift. Recommend and revise according to any unique situations found, based upon the shift; Participate on the improvement (Kaizen) project/activities to improve overall efficiency, equipment uptime, personnel changes, and quality initiatives.Oversight of the area daily equipment management, & solving any major issues that occur.Liaison with Purchasing, Logistics and Equipment Engineering, in addressing internal shift requirements. Hands-on lead trainer in the shift''s assigned personnel, improvement & implementation of processes, and Manufacturing improvements.Design scheduled maintenance planning (Annually, monthly & weekly), to coincide with off cycle periods and ensure PM is carry out & completed to ensure proper function of the production coordination with Shift supervisor, responsible for shift management, such as work flow: distribution and allocation, personnel performance, training, absences and leave requests, time corrections and payroll adjustments.Area implementation of 5S management & daily inspection.Any additional projects and tasks as assigned by production management. QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 3 years working experience in solar or semiconductor industry, preferred. Able to work under pressure. Demonstrated experience in management, leadership, interpersonal & communication skillsExperienced in production safety, occupational health, environmental protection, report writingAble to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and stand for a twelve-hour work shift.Good visual acuity, manual dexterity, and ability to lift and move parts and work with mitted to quality, safety and communication.KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES：Adhere to the Company''s Attendance policies.Adhere to the Company''s Scheduled break periods.Meet the daily production performance standards.Strive to meet assigned shift punctuality requirements.Set the example for the production operators assigned to your section of the production line.This opportunity will be either on Day or Night shift - Candidate must be flexible - All shifts are 12 hour shift working every other weekend.
