The Director of Employee Engagement will be accountable for the infusion of US Renal Care Mission, Values and Behaviors across our workforce and business processes. The role is responsible for designing and implementing strategies which increase employee engagement and promotes a culture that fosters our core beliefs. The role partners with Learning and Development, Operations, Communications, Clinical Services and Human Resources to drive desired outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Champions the transformation of a differentiated corporate culture within US Renal Care by delivering strategies in which our employees feel a true connection to Mission, Vision, Values and Behaviors. Identifies gaps and builds business processes that foster the adoption of, and shared accountability to living our mission and values. Oversees Mission, Vision, Values and Behaviors cultural indoctrination programming. Works with Learning and Development lanes and DE&I to build meaningful, unique, and creative content for our employee onboarding and ongoing learning programs. Sets objective and subjective departmental goals; monitors key metrics to healthy engagement, and drives fact-based solutions to outcomes. Delivers and facilitates culture related training and development programs as needed. Maintain current knowledge of professional standards by participating in networking, organizations, and continued education. Coaches and develops a team to be successful, actively seeks out the needs of individuals and knows how to implement solutions. Clearly articulates strategy, tactics, processes, and business cases to Executive leadership. Upholds management goals of corporation by leading staff in team concepts and promoting a team effort. Promotes and maintains effective personnel management and employee relations, including evaluating the performance of all personnel; approving and submitting all hours worked, supporting, counseling and holding employees accountable to work performance expectations. Collaborates with team and accountable for recruiting, training, developing, and supervising personnel. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor''s degree in education or Human Resources or related field required. Master''s degree preferred. Combination of education, experience, and specialty certifications in related area will be considered in lieu of education. Strong internal consulting skills with ability to champion and influence change required. Experience or education in employee engagement, organizational culture and or transformation. Very strong strategic and tactical planning skills and implementation/project management skills and budget management. Knowledge of change management (and what it takes to move/inspire a broad work force). Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and results. Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail, corporate presence, and the ability to foster/encourage participation. Possess intellectual curiosity around 'best-in-class'' practices. Excellent leadership, team building and coaching skills. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Ability to read, analyze and identify reporting needs. Strong presentation, facilitation, and webinar skills; organization and planning skills; ability to prioritize and work independently. Must have advanced computer skills, including mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire.
