The ideal candidate will have excellent longevity in previous positions and will be seasoned in creating a variety of exquisite Kosher cuisines for the principals. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Creating daily healthy and fresh meals for family; organic, farm-to-table & seasonal (Kosher)Preparation and serving for breakfast, lunch, and dinnerProcuring all kitchen supplies, including groceries and any other item as needed, maintaining detailed inventory listsSanitation and organization of the kitchen (refrigerator, pantries, drawers, etc.)Formal table setting and white-glove serviceCoordinating with additional household staffManaging vendors and contractorsConducting inventory and procuring suppliesResponding to special requests, errands, and related duties as needed This is a Full-Time position primarily based in NYC with occasional travel to Hamptons and Vermont in the summer. Schedule: Typical schedule is 5 working days and 2 days off. Weekend availability is required.
