A+, Network+ and/or MCP/MCSA preferred Can provide PC, network, and PBX support to end-users, including the specification, purchase, installation and configuration of related hardware and software Has knowledge of Layer 2 & 3 Routing, HP routers and intra-site connectivity and WiFi communication principles. Has knowledge of system security techniques. Has expertise in Active Directory, Hyper-V, DHCP, DNS and other networking tools and protocols. Has knowledge of Visual Basic, SQL and PowerShell. Has knowledge of computer hardware and software, principles of applications and programming, Microsoft Windows and SQL Server technologies, including Office terested in hearing more?
