Manager, Internal Audit

Overview The Internal Audit Manager reports to the VP Corporate Controller. In this role, Internal Audit Manager conducts operational audits and various advisory projects at plants, corporate functions and newly acquired companies. Responsibilities Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage the planning, execution and documentation of all operational, financial, and IT audit activitiesIdentify and recommend improvements to business processes and controls, including newly acquired manufacturing plant processes, which will enhance organizational effectiveness and company performanceWork with cross functional teams on the integration of the newly acquired companiesConduct special investigations, advisory projects, management requests and other ad-hoc projectsReview key business system access controls and segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts with process ownersUpdate and maintain internal control documentationNote: this role does not perform Sarbanes-Oxley control testing and is expected to spend at least 80% time on operational audits/projects.
