Career Growth Opportunity!Job DetailsYou are an experienced UX Designer (3+ years experience) with a track record of delivering exceptional products.You are comfortable with drawing up and executing on research plans as well as creating wireframes & mock-ups to spec.You have experience with a range of design tools, we use Figma.You come with your own 'toolkit'' of UX design techniques and insight to apply the right tools for each circumstance. This includes knowing how and when to apply techniques such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, user types, personas, maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, etc., but you also recognize when to disregard process and best practices.You have experience working with Agile Development and a demonstrated ability to work flexibly and be lean in approach with a no 'fluff'' MVP first philosophy.
